We offer a flexible check in after 3:00 p.m. and love to greet you personally. We ask that you let us know ahead of time your estimated arrival so that we are sure to be available. If you know your arrival time, it would be helpful if you would indicate it when making reservations. Check out is 11:00 a.m. You will be charged one night’s stay when making a reservation. This is deducted from your total bill.
All guest rooms are located on the second floor and not handicap accessible. A shared bathroom is located on the first and second floors. Thick, comfy bath robes are available for guests in each room.
Cancellations or changes within 14 days prior to arrival are non-refundable, you will be charged for all days reserved unless we are able to re-book. All cancellation made before 14 days will be refunded minus a $30.00 administrative fee.
-Prices include a complete breakfast.
-There is a 10% discount if 1 group books all 3 rooms.
-Book 7 days and receive 1 night free.
-Reserve the entire second floor for families, wedding parties, and reunions.
-Rollaway beds are available for extra guests sharing the room, a $25.00 per extra guest.
-Children over the age of twelve are welcome.
-We cannot accommodate pets as we maintain a pet-free environment for our guests suffering from allergies.
-We are a non-smoking facility, however, there is a designated smoking area outside.
-Please note any food allergies or dietary concerns at the time of booking. Menus are planned in advance and we need ample time to prepare to accommodate all guest preferences.
